SUMMARY –

You have the option to send or schedule a direct text message to go to a specific client or group of clients. This will allow you to quickly send an update on any appointment or group training changes. It also allows for a more personal client engagement if used to encourage after a great training session. 


 CONTENT- 

To send a direct message to a client:

  1. Click on Clients in the top left
  2. Click on the checkbox to the left of any client you want to send the message to.
  3. Click on send-messages-to-selected
  4. Review your selected clients
  5. Enter your message
  6. Click send-mesawd

To schedule a message to go out at a later time:

  1. Follow steps 1-5
  2. Uncheck Send Now
  3. Select a date from the calendar delivery-date
  4. Select a time for the message to go out delivery-time
  5. Click  sraed-awd
