SUMMARY-

Along with the 500+ stock messages already built in your Off Day Trainer account, you have the ability to create our own custom automated messages that go out to your clients. Each message can contain a link to a video, image, or website.

To create your own daily messages, please follow these instructions:

  1. Click on Settings at the top of the page
  2. Click on the Messages tab
  3. Select Message Library
  4. Click on a category you would like to add the message too
  5. Click on the Add message icon chat-bubble
    1. Each message can contain up to 160 characters
    2. You can change the category by using the drop-down menu
    3. To personalize a message, insert ‘<name>’
      1. This will auto-fill the client's name for you
    4. You can add in a video in the message from Facebook or Youtube
      1. Get the link of the video
      2. Paste it into the message you are creating

NOTE: If you add a link to the message it is recommended to use a website that helps shortens the link for you. https://bitly.com/ is recommended.
