Summary –

In your Off Day Trainer account, you have access to a client’s full message history. This means you can see every message they have received from your Off Day Trainer system and their responses to those messages.

To view your clients' message history, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on Clients in the top left
  2. Click on the name of the client
  3. Click on the Messages Tab
    1. You are able to send a direct message to your client from this page
    2. You will see chat bubbles showing the message history, below is an example:
